Resident Family Mother’s Day Parade!

Friday, May 8 @ 4pm Mother’s Day Parade! We are excited to invite all family members of Cypress Glen Residents to participate in a car parade at Cypress Glen!

We are absolutely delighted with the responses to our upcoming Mother’s Day parade! Participants are asked to line up on Hickory Street and then west down 4th Street before 3:30pm. We ask participants to write their resident’s name and CG address on a piece of paper placed on the dashboard or where it can be seen. The Greenville Police are participating in the parade and will help us to organize and line up cars before the start. The Jolly Trolley will be leading the parade, playing music along the way. Health Care resident families will be placed toward the front of the parade line. There will be tables set up at the gatehouse to accept any gifts or flowers families have for the residents.
We encourage families to decorate their vehicles and roll down windows to wave and cheer as you drive through! Obviously, due to current CDC and NCDHHS directives, we ask you stay on the parade route and keep moving, do not leave your vehicle or attempt to get close to the residents, and please keep social distance from others.
