New Independent Living Residences in Greenville, NC

In October 2023, Cypress Glen broke ground on a large expansion including renovations and additions to both private residences and communal spaces across our campus.

We are currently in Phase 1 of this exciting growth, which will feature a new wing of 57 Independent Living apartments, with underbuilding parking.

Additional campus construction projects:

• A new beautiful & spacious auditorium
• A luxury dining venue with wine bar
• Relocation and expansion of current library
• A new resident meeting room and game space
• Revamping of many communal spaces, including our lobby entrance and front reception desk,  Arts & Crafts Room, Gift Shop, and more!
